SERVE

      As we grow stronger Christian disciples, we know that spiritually mature people who experience Jesus' life are those who have developed a servant's heart like that of the Savior.  A true concept of mature Christian leadership means serving one's followers and teaching them by example to be servants of others.

     Following Biblical examples from Jesus (Mark 10:45 - For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.), and  Paul (Philippians 1:4 - Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but the interest of others as well.), Mision Caribe strives to serve all people in Honduras, helping them to meet basic needs.  In good times or tough times, serving others is always a challenge that we should be wiling to embrace.  

     We also seek to assist U.S. churches with an opportunity to help their church family help meet the needs of others throughout the Honduras, and the ends of the earth.  Whether you take on a special task to help provide meals, school supplies, medical services, or building homes or churches, your efforts help Mision Caribe train believers how to serve with the joy of the Lord.   Your efforts done at your home, the local church or by visiting Honduras helps to demonstrate love and encouragement to people who have  basic needs, and leads to new opportunities to share the Gospel message with even more Hondurans!
